Workshop on Interactive Space, Copenhagen 2003

Investigating the performative space

The framing of this workshop was a rectangular space, some software, some hardware, different sensors and a common theoretical reference given through four lectures. The goal of the workshop was to investigate what could be called the ‘performative space’. Performative in the way that space through sensors is reacting to the activities in the room. Space becomes an active member of the ‘game’ played.
